Sofia Curkovic
Sofia earned her Bachelor's Degree in English from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL. From the moment she graduated, Sofia knew she wanted a career in real estate. She now leads apartment lease-up projects across Florida and Philadelphia, with a strong passion for both residential and commercial real estate. Sofia is dedicated to ensuring multifamily developers achieve significant returns within the first 12 months of lease-ups.
Sofia is the author of "The Make-It-Rain Formula For Every Apartment Lease-Up," a book that assists apartment building owners and property management companies in achieving successful lease-ups. Her methods boast a sales conversion rate of 40% or higher, helping community managers and leasing professionals perform in the top 1% of the apartment industry.
In addition to her work with apartment lease-ups, Sofia specializes in vacation rental management and new construction homes in Cape Coral, FL. She spends much of her time recruiting talent, teaching, and overseeing operations. In her spare time, Sofia competes in bodybuilding competitions, speaks on apartment lease-ups, and writes about sales conversion strategies.
