38’ H-9 will accommodate a boat up to 40’10" with approved variance, maximum beam is 16’6’, H Dock is conveniently located near parking and the Marina Center, the Country Club and Fitness Center, the Waterside Grille and Johnny Browns Restaurant (Country Club Membership required), Condo Assoc fee $438 a month and includes use of the Marina Center. $150 application fee once, non-residents pay $286 annually to the Master Association for community access.
